Warm-Up (2 minutes):
• 30 sec Jumping jacks
• 30 sec Arm circles
• 30 sec March in place
• 30 sec High knees
Workout (Repeat x2):
• 10 Squats
• 10 Push-ups (or knees)
• 10 Lunges (each leg)
• 10 Second Plank
• 10 Glute bridges
