Busy day? This 15-minute workout hits all major muscle groups in one session—and you don’t need anything except your body.



Warm-Up (2 minutes):

30 sec Jumping jacks

30 sec Arm circles

30 sec March in place

30 sec High knees


Workout (Repeat x2):

10 Squats

10 Push-ups (or knees)

10 Lunges (each leg)

10 Second Plank

10 Glute bridges


Cool Down (2 minutes):

Forward fold

Shoulder rolls

Deep breathing
